Congratulations to Dr. Mike Wang on the 25th anniversary of his opening practice in Decatur, AL, on Feb 1, 1985. Dr. Wang, the very first specialist in Decatur, established the Gastroenterology service and endoscopy lab for Decatur General Hospital.

Dr. YousufDr. Khurshid Yousuf joined Decatur Gastroenterology in 2002.  Before coming to Decatur, he completed his internship at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn, NY, and his residency at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, OH.  He was a primary care physician in Decatur from 1995 to 1997.  In 2000, he completed a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Dr. Yousuf is board certified in gastroenterology with dedicated training and experience in the management of diseases and treatment of the gastrointestinal tract and liver.  He is a member of the American Gastroenterology Association and the American College of Gastroenterology.
